(Aether SA), having its registered address at Provincial Road Chania-Sougia Alikianos, 73005, Chania, Greece, hereinafter, the “Company” or “we” or the “Controller”, proceeds with the collection, use and processing of the personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (EE) 2016/679 (hereinafter the “GDPR”) and the applicable Greek legal framework.

Your personal data will be retained in our systems for a maximum period of three years and will be deleted as soon as it is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, unless otherwise required by any applicable law.
